Returns & Refunds in Australia
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unburnt, and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required (your order number) as well as Delivery Postal Code.
- Change of mind returns including but not limited to ordering the wrong size/scent/item, the scent wasn't what you expected, you found a similar item elsewhere or simply changing your mind about your purchase, etc can be issued as a refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return postage, we’ll cover the cost of sending an exchange back.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a standard tracked service (such as offered by Australia Post), express or prepaid return postage does not speed up processing, and returns are assessed in the order they are received.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive the refund-specific items at the Returns Address and have evaluated their condition. Please allow up to 10 business days (as per Shopify Help Center) for the refund to be processed.
